Job summary

Agropur, inc. is seeking a Digital Procurement Manager (Source-to-Pay) to lead the digital transformation of procurement through technology, automation, and AI.

You will partner with Procurement, IT, Data & Analytics, Finance and business leaders to modernize sourcing, supplier management, contract lifecycle management, and source-to-pay processes. You will define and execute the digital procurement roadmap, drive AI adoption, and ensure measurable value through cost optimization, efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, digital transformation, or analytics.
• 5+ years of experience leading enterprise-wide digital or technology initiatives.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes (sourcing, supplier management, contracts, P2P).
• Experience with AI / machine learning or automation applied to procurement or the supply chain.
• Experience implementing or managing procurement technologies and platforms.
• Demonstrated success in change management and driving adoption within complex organizations.
• Excellent analytical skills with a strong data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own a multi-year roadmap for procurement platforms, automation, and AI use cases.
• Contribute to the development, and lead the digital procurement and AI enablement strategy, as part of our overall procurement strategy.
• Lead governance for digital procurement tools, data usage, and AI lifecycle management.
• Drive the business vision for core procurement systems (e.g., ERP, sourcing, CLM, supplier risk, P2P).
• Lead selection, implementation, and optimization of digital procurement tools.
• Establish KPIs and value-tracking mechanisms for digital and AI initiatives.
• Collaborate with suppliers and external partners on digital innovation initiatives.
