Job summary

Agropur Cooperative is seeking a Digital Procurement Manager (Source-to-Pay) in the United States to lead the digital transformation of procurement through AI, automation, and technology. You will partner with Procurement, IT, Data & Analytics, and Finance to modernize sourcing, supplier management, CLM, and P2P, and to define and execute a multi-year roadmap.

This role requires 8+ years in procurement or analytics, 5+ years leading large digital initiatives, and fluency in English and French.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 8+ years in procurement, supply chain, digital transformation, or analytics.
• 5+ years leading enterprise digital initiatives.
• Strong procurement process knowledge (sourcing, supplier management, contracts, P2P).
• Experience with AI/automation in procurement or supply chain.
• Experience implementing procurement technologies and platforms.
• Proven change management and adoption experience.
• Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
• French and English bilingualism is preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.

The Digital Procurement Manager (Source-to-Pay) is responsible for leading the digital transformation of the procurement function through technology, automation, and artificial intelligence. This role partners closely with Procurement, IT, Data & Analytics, Finance, and key business stakeholders to modernize sourcing, supplier management, contract lifecycle management, and source-to-pay processes. The role will be a key part of defining and executing the digital procurement roadmap, drive adoption of AI-enabled tools, and ensure measurable value creation through improved efficiency, cost optimization, and risk management.

Salary scale 007: $124 200 to $155 300 (Base salary will be determined based on academic background, experience, training, and skills related to the position.)

Responsibilities

Digital Procurement Strategy & Leadership

• Contribute to the development, and lead the digital procurement and AI enablement strategy, as part of our overall procurement strategy, aligned with enterprise digital and source-to-pay transformation goals
  • Develop and own a multi-year roadmap for procurement platforms, automation, and AI use cases
  • Act as a thought leader on emerging procurement technologies, AI/ML applications, and best practices

Procurement Technology & Platforms

• Drive the business vision for core procurement systems (e.g., ERP, sourcing, CLM, supplier risk, P2P)
  • Lead selection, implementation, and optimization of digital procurement tools

Value Realization & Performance Management

• Establish KPIs and value-tracking mechanisms for digital and AI initiatives
• Quantify and communicate benefits related to cost savings, productivity, cycle time reduction, and risk mitigation
• Continuously improve solutions based on performance data and user feedback

Change Management & Adoption

• Lead change management, training, and adoption strategies across global procurement teams
• Build digital and AI fluency within procurement through education and capability development
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior procurement and business leaders

Governance & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Establish governance for digital procurement tools, data usage, and AI lifecycle management
• Collaborate with suppliers and external partners on digital innovation initiatives

Requirements

• Experience with COUPA is required and considered a non-negotiable qualification for this role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, digital transformation, or analytics
• 5+ years of experience leading enterprise-wide digital or technology initiatives
• Strong understanding of procurement processes (sourcing, supplier management, contracts, P2P)
• Experience with AI / machine learning or automation applied to procurement or the supply chain
• Experience implementing or managing procurement technologies and platforms
• Demonstrated success in change management and driving adoption within complex organizations
• Excellent analytical skills with a strong data-driven mindset
• Knowledge of tools such as SAP, Coupa, or similar platforms
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Bilingualism – French and English
• Experience working in a global organizational environment
