Job summary

EY is seeking a Solution Engineering Manager in the United States to lead a multidisciplinary squad delivering full-stack solutions, APIs, microservices, and AI-enabled platforms for financial services clients.

You will own delivery from discovery through production, mentor 5–8 engineers, collaborate with Product, Risk/Compliance, and Architecture, and ensure security, regulatory alignment, and reliable releases across onshore and global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years leading an engineering team or squad.

Responsibilities

• Lead a squad of 5–8 engineers building mission-critical financial platforms and AI-enabled client solutions.
• Own squad execution from requirements and estimation through release and handover, with cross-domain input to architecture.
• Mentor engineers, conduct 1:1s and performance reviews, and grow AI fluency across the team.
• Collaborate with Product, Risk/Compliance, and Security to align with regulatory and security standards.
