You will guide 5–8 engineers from discovery through production, balancing speed with quality and governance across product, risk, and security partners.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, architecture ownership, and collaboration with global teams; travel may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years leading an engineering team or squad.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a squad of 5–8 engineers and own squad execution.
• Develop mission-critical financial platforms and AI-enabled client solutions.
• Mentor engineers and manage performance reviews.
• Oversee architecture, integrations, and nonfunctional requirements.
• Collaborate with product, risk/compliance, and security teams.
• Drive AI-enabled engineering practices and governance.
