Job summary

Synera is seeking a Solution Engineer to tackle complex automation challenges and craft innovative workflows. You’ll partner with customers to demonstrate business value through technical solutions and lead hands-on problem solving with AI-enabled tools.

You’ll build workflows connecting 80+ tools, collaborate with engineers, and support the sales process with demos and customer guidance while maintaining fast response times.

Qualifications

• Technical background in Computational, Automation or Mechanical Engineering.
• Proven experience working with customers and communicating business value with technical solutions.
• Experience with CAD/CAE tools (OptiStruct, Siemens NX, CATIA, ANSYS, Nastran, Abaqus, LS-DYNA, etc.) and scripting (Python, C#).
• Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., German or French) are a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Design automated workflows and connect 80+ tools (CAD, simulation, costing, etc.).
• Collaborate with customers to understand needs and craft impactful solutions.
• Work with exceptional engineers and participate in customer hackathons and meetings.
• Assist sales with teaser demos and guide customers on best usage of our software.
• Address incoming questions and contribute to a fast time-to-first-response.
