Job summary

Synera is looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) based in the United States to create innovative workflows in automation and AI. This role involves close collaboration with customers, building multi-agent systems, and identifying valuable next use cases.

Qualifications

• US permanent resident located on the West Coast, ideally in Silicon Valley.
• Proven experience in customer interactions and showcasing business value with technical solutions.
• Experience with Synera is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build workflows and multi-agent systems that provide fast value to customers.
• Communicate closely with product managers to bring solutions into the product.
• Regularly visit customers (up to 50%) for alignment and support.

Skills

Strong communication skills

Fluent in English

Experience with CAD/CAE tools

Experience in C# and Python coding

Ability to juggle multiple priorities

Education

Technical background in Computational, Automation or Mechanical Engineering
