Qualifications

• 6+ years in delivery-facing consulting, engineering, or product roles.
• Demonstrated success owning a bounded technical workstream on a live client engagement.
• Strong client-facing communication and ability to explain complex concepts to executives.

Responsibilities

• Own requirements, success criteria, solution design, build/configuration, integration, testing, deployment readiness, documentation, handoff, and hypercare.
• Lead discovery sessions, make defensible design decisions within guardrails, review output, manage dependencies, and protect delivery quality.
• GenAI-enabled delivery: use AI capabilities to accelerate discovery, design, engineering, testing, and documentation; ensure AI output is production-ready.
