Job summary

1NCE is seeking a Solution Architect to drive technical strategies for complex customer engagements across IoT and AI-enabled solutions. You will lead architecture, demonstrations, and technical validation from discovery to implementation handoff, collaborating closely with field sales and partners.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Strong GenAI knowledge and hands-on experience.
• Experience with IoT and connected products.
• Strong discovery and solution-design skills.
• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
• Ability to translate complex technology into business outcomes.
• Ability to work autonomously and remotely; travel as required.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of telecommunications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical journey for complex customer solutions from discovery and architecture to demonstrations, validation and handoff.
• Build and conduct product demonstrations, solution workshops and due diligence studies.
• Collaborate with field sales and support GTM activities, providing technical perspective to partners.
• Create solution architectures and run technical workshops for customers.
• Transfer knowledge from Product to Sales to enable effective engagements.
