The role involves pre-sales, client-facing duties, and close collaboration with Sales, Consulting, Product, PMO, and Engineering teams. Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in CS or related field and 5+ years of ERP experience, with strong knowledge of procurement and maintenance processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Technology or related field.
• 5+ years of ERP (SAP, Oracle, Maximo, JDE, etc.) functional or technical experience.
• Experience in process designs/reengineering, interface design and implementations roles.
• Deep business process knowledge in procurement and Maintenance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills – external and internal.
• Detailed oriented, analytical and an effective organizer.
• Self-motived and self-directed.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally (as needed).
• Knowledge and understanding of practical applications for AI in solution architecture, including but not limited to technical research, solution design, data analysis and validation, requirements translation, integration planning, and technical documentation

Responsibilities

• Pre-Sales and Site Survey assistance; participate in discovery and technical calls with Sales and clients to explain product functionality and integration options.
• Develop customer relationships to promote retention and loyalty; act as trusted advisor for solutions, integrations, and options.
• Coordinate with Sales, Consulting, Product, PMO, Engineering to assess requirements and estimates.
• Lead Business Requirements Workshops focusing on technical and integration aspects.
• Coordinate technical estimates and Solution Proof of Concept with cross-functional teams.
• Create and maintain comprehensive Solution Specifications.
