Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to drive cloud-native Data & AI architectures for Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance clients in the US. You will translate business needs into scalable data platforms, guide PoCs, and lead delivery teams to implement modern data products and governance.

Responsibilities include end-to-end design, technology selection, data modeling, and client-facing solution leadership to ensure measurable value and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in data architecture, engineering and analytics platforms.
• Deep experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and data tools.
• Hands-on data lakehouse architectures, data mesh and Medallion patterns.
• Proven BFSI transformation program involvement and senior stakeholder handling.
• Experience crafting architecture for data products and governance.
• Proficiency in PoC demos, client presentations and option triage.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops with client stakeholders to shape Data & AI use cases.
• Design end-to-end cloud-native data & AI architectures and pipelines.
• Ensure scalability, security, and regulatory compliance in designs.
• Select tech stack and data warehouses (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery).
• Develop data models and enable enterprise reporting and BI.
• Govern data privacy, metadata, lineage and data quality practices.
• Provide pre-sales support, solution overviews and delivery plans.
• Mentor junior architects and promote reusable accelerators.
• Drive enterprise data platform modernization from on-prem to cloud.
