Qualifications

• 8 years of related work experience, including at least 5 years leading software delivery or product teams
• Deep experience in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for enterprise-grade applications
• Proven budgeting skills and ability to forecast financial needs; communicate project health
• Practical experience or clear strategic vision for using AI/LLMs to improve code quality, testing automation, and velocity
• Ability to navigate complex, multi-site business operations and translate them into tech priorities
• Experience managing internal Cast members and third-party resources to ensure delivery quality

Responsibilities

• Drive engineering excellence across software engineering, ensuring security, reliability, monitoring, and cost awareness across apps and platforms
• Act as a technical leader for portfolio architecture, integration patterns, and best practices
• Direct a team of software engineers and product professionals, fostering a people-first culture
• Implement a vision for Next-Gen engineering by integrating GenAI tools into the SDLC
• Lead delivery squads in design and execution of technology solutions delivering measurable business outcomes
• Identify and remove roadblocks to maintain high-value delivery velocity
• Forecast and manage budgets for the area, using financial data to track project health
