- 7+ years of experience in software engineering and product roles.
- Production experience with advanced prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation.
- Ability to build and ship prototypes end-to-end.
Responsibilities
- Own the entire development cycle from discovery to rollout for AI capabilities.
- Build and mentor on AI-native workflows and prototypes.
- Communicate technical tradeoffs to senior stakeholders.
