Job summary
The Walt Disney Company seeks a Lead Frontend Software Engineer to advance AI-assisted engineering practices within Disney Experiences. Based in Celebration, FL, you will own frontend strategy across AEM-powered experiences, partnering with Product, UX, Content, and Business teams to deliver scalable, high-traffic digital platforms.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Ability to lead technical decision‑making and influence architecture across teams.
- Experience with AI coding assistants and AI-enabled automation across the SDLC.
- Strong front‑end focus with modern UI architectures, accessibility, and performance.
Responsibilities
- Own the technical strategy, roadmap, and health of the frontend platform built on AEM.
- Define front‑end architecture and data/state patterns for guest experiences.
- Lead platform upgrades, security, performance, reliability, and scalability initiatives.
- Mentor engineers and guide platform strategy across onshore and offshore teams.
- Collaborate with Product/UX/Content to translate designs into scalable solutions and enable AI‑assisted workflows.
