RealPage, Inc. in Richardson, TX, is seeking a Software Engineer II to contribute to the Insurance platform.

You will independently deliver well-scoped features, resolve defects, and guide AI coding agents while owning code quality, security, and correctness. Responsibilities include designing and maintaining features with .NET, Angular, SQL Server; reviewing AI output; building test automation with Playwright; integrating tests into CI/CD; participating in code reviews and debugging production

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional software development experience.
• Hands-on experience with .NET, REST APIs, and SQL Server.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI coding agents productively and independently.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proven track record of using AI coding agents on complex changes.
• Experience building test automation for API and frontend/UI.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain features using C#, .NET, Angular, and SQL Server.
• Independently deliver user stories and bug fixes, breaking work into steps for coding agents.
• Direct AI coding agents to implement features, generate tests, and refactor code.
• Review AI-generated output for correctness, security, performance, and standards.
• Participate in code reviews, including agent-assisted changes.
• Diagnose and resolve application and production issues.
• Contribute to unit and integration testing.
• Design, build, and maintain test automation frameworks for API and UI (Playwright preferred).
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD; monitor and resolve failures.
• Champion best practices for test design and reduce flaky tests.
