Job summary

Texas ESC Region 16 in Amarillo seeks an Administrator of Software Development & Cloud Integration to lead AI-driven development and cloud integration initiatives. The role focuses on agentic workflows, modern tech stacks (C#, Angular, Material Design), and SCRUM governance to meet educational objectives.

You will manage AI workloads in cloud environments, guide project directions with leadership, and interact with customers to shape strategic roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required (Master’s Degree preferred in CS/IS or related technology leadership)
• Advanced leadership with enterprise tech strategy and scaling development teams
• Deep understanding of AI orchestration, LLM integration, RAG pipelines, multi-agent frameworks
• Strong software architecture skills using C#, Angular, Material Design, with AI integration
• Enterprise project management experience using Microsoft DevOps and SCRUM/agile methods
• Cloud/infrastructure expertise across Azure/AWS/GCP and networking
• Excellent executive communication to translate AI concepts for stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Architect and direct the ESC’s AI-augmented development lifecycle and agentic workflows
• Advise leadership on long-term tech roadmaps and AI investment decisions
• Lead R&D and implementation of AI models, prompt engineering, and ML tools
• Manage and mentor programming staff transitioning to AI, supervise hybrid human/AI workflows
• Oversee enterprise projects with SCRUM governance and DevOps practices
• Design secure, scalable applications using C#, Angular, Material Design and cloud infra
• Collaborate with security to enforce governance, data privacy, and compliance
• Deliver executive-level customer presentations on AI-driven solutions
• Coordinate with teams to ensure on-time, within-budget project delivery
