Asana seeks an SE for the ACM incubation pod in Chicago, owning the technical side of the ACM sales cycle—including demos, workflow configuration and solution design for agency and professional services buyers.

You will build vertical demo environments for Advertising & Marketing, Media, Digital Services, Design & Creative, and PR to shorten time-to-proof on every call, and drive AI Teammate activation post-close.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in solutions, consulting, or customer-facing technical roles.
• Deep understanding of AI LLMs and GPTs.
• Ability to articulate business value to executives.
• Familiarity with work management solutions.
• Strong communication and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical side of the ACM sales cycle: demos, workflow configuration, and solution design.
• Build vertical-specific demo environments for primary verticals to shorten time-to-proof.
• Translate customer pain into product configurations and demonstrate how notices loop works.
• Drive AI Teammate activation post-close and ensure real activity in the portal.
• Collaborate with AEs on multi-stakeholder deals to influence close.
• Collect customer feedback for the product team and shape the future playbook.
• Create scalable assets like demos and guides for the team to reuse.
