Job summary

ESAB Corporation in Hanover, PA seeks a Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead demand planning, scheduling, inventory control and raw material scheduling, aligning production with supply capabilities and ensuring timely delivery.

You will drive AI-enabled SIOP solutions, manage a cross-functional team with operations, sales, sourcing and logistics, and champion continuous improvement across the Hanover facility which produces filler metals for ESAB with a large distribution network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• MBA or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• SIOP and Demand Planning: lead Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning.
• Scheduling and Production Efficiency: optimize production schedules to reduce lead times.
• Raw material purchasing: manage Hanover materials and packaging.
• Revenue Commitments and Shipment Strategy: improve weekly/monthly revenue delivery.
• Inventory Optimization and Control: drive AI-driven inventory planning and optimization.
• Supply Chain Best Practices: implement practices with ESAB EBXai team.
• Inventory Accuracy: oversee cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: align with operations, sales, sourcing, logistics.
