Job summary

Reducto is searching for an SEO & GEO Lead to shape how we are discovered across traditional search and AI-powered answer engines. You’ll own strategy, build the technical foundation, content, and measurement systems that establish Reducto as the authoritative source for document intelligence and agentic workflows.

This high-ownership, individual-contributor role collaborates with Growth, Product Marketing, Brand, Product, and Engineering while shipping technical improvements and high-quality

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SEO, organic growth, technical marketing, or related field with measurable results.
• Deep technical SEO fluency; comfortable implementing changes in a CMS or codebase.
• Understanding of how content strategy, information architecture, and editorial quality drive rankings and AI citations.
• Hands-on experience with AEO/GEO and how AI assistants retrieve and surface content.
• Proficiency with SEO tooling: Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs/Semrush, crawl and log-analysis tools.
