Job summary

Chime is seeking a Content Marketing Manager, SEO & AI Search in San Francisco to own blog content and AI-driven workflows. You’ll manage the editorial plan, ensure AI-friendly formatting, and collaborate with product marketing to lift conversions.

Experience with CMS (Contentful) and AI tools is essential. You’ll coordinate with Legal/Compliance and external partners, drive offsite visibility, and track impact across rankings, traffic, and enrollments while leading multiple workstreams in a

Qualifications

• 5+ years of editorial strategy, content strategy, or SEO content, with growth in organic visibility.
• Hands-on AEO/GEO knowledge: how LLMs cite sources and how content structure affects visibility.
• Experience with AI content tools and workflows (AirOps, Profound, or similar).
• Experience publishing in regulated industries (financial services/fintech/insurance/healthcare).
• CMS experience (Contentful preferred) and Jira or similar ticket workflows.
• Experience managing freelancers, agencies, or external partners, including timelines, quality, and budget.

Responsibilities

• Own blog and editorial content plan for SEO and AEO; convert priorities into a roadmap.
• Manage editorial calendar and cadence; ensure content is structured for AI models to cite and rate high.
• Lead content across Chime.com with Product Marketing to boost conversions.
• Coordinate with AirOps to automate content lifecycle from drafting to publishing.
• Oversee offsite visibility with affiliates and partners; manage AI visibility budget.
