Job summary

Chime is seeking a Content Marketing Manager, SEO & AI Search to own content and citations for AI search. You’ll run Chime's blog from planning to publishing, oversee AI-powered workflows, and earn coverage in trusted third‑party sources.

You’ll collaborate with Senior AI Search leadership, align with Product Marketing, and ensure accurate product details in Contentful. This hands‑on role offers strategic growth and cross‑team influence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of editorial, content strategy, or SEO content experience with growing organic visibility.
• Hands-on knowledge of AI answer engines and source citation dynamics.
• Experience with AI content tools and automation workflows.
• Regulated industry publishing experience and compliance review processes.
• CMS (Contentful) experience and Jira or similar workflows.
• Experience managing freelancers, agencies, or external partners.

Responsibilities

• Own the blog and SEO/AEO content plan, turning priority categories into a published roadmap.
• Run editorial calendar with clear AI-friendly structure and current product details.
• Lead content across Chime.com with product launches and CRO initiatives.
• Manage AirOps and automate steps in drafting, optimization, and publishing.
• Coordinate offsite visibility with affiliates and publishers; manage AI visibility budget.
• Move content through legal, compliance, and partner reviews to speed approvals.
• Collaborate with PR, Brand, Social, YouTube, and Help Center for consistent messaging.
• Track citations, AI visibility, rankings, and traffic; run experiments and share learnings.
