Job summary

Chime is seeking a Content Marketing Manager, SEO & AI Search to own the blog, SEO content strategy, and AI-driven workflows in a fast-paced fintech environment. You’ll plan, brief partners, publish in our CMS Contentful, and optimize content for accurate AI citations while collaborating across product, marketing, and legal teams.

You’ll balance hands-on writing with strategy, drive editorial calendars, manage affiliate partnerships, and experiment with formats and CTAs to boost organic

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in editorial/SEO content strategy with growth in organic visibility.
• Hands-on knowledge of how AI answer engines cite sources and how content structure affects visibility.
• Experience with AI content tools and workflows and automating repetitive tasks.
• Experience publishing in regulated industries such as fintech or financial services, including legal/compliance reviews.
• Hands-on experience with Contentful CMS and Jira or similar workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own blog editorial content plan for SEO and AI visibility, turning priority data into a roadmap.
• Run editorial calendar with steady publishing cadence and ensure content is easily found and cited by AI.
• Lead content across Chime.com including product launches and seasonal moments to boost conversion.
• Manage day-to-day relationship with AirOps and automate content lifecycle steps for speed and quality.
• Lead offsite visibility with affiliate and publisher partners and manage AI visibility budget.
• Move content through Legal & Compliance and partner bank review to speed approvals.
• Collaborate with PR, Brand, Social, YouTube and Help Center to ensure accurate messaging.
• Track citations, AI visibility, rankings, traffic, enrollments; run experiments and share insights.
