Job summary

Snap Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Associate to join the Revenue Tools & Data Intelligence team in New York. You’ll own initiatives to improve seller efficiency through better tooling, data quality, and scalable processes, partnering with Sales, CRM Tech, Product, and Engineering.

You will define requirements, strengthen CRM data governance, and drive adoption of automation across revenue systems, enabling faster and more reliable decision making.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations or related field.
• Experience with Salesforce and data governance.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define tooling gaps, translate needs into requirements and solutions.
• Improve CRM data quality through cleansing, enrichment, and governance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deploy automation and workflows.
• Prototype AI-enabled tools to accelerate analysis and documentation.
• Drive adoption and improve efficiency of revenue tooling.
