Responsibilities

• Define process gaps and data needs; translate into requirements and solutions.
• Improve CRM data quality through cleansing, structuring, and governance.
• Manage third‑party tools that support the sales team and adoption.
• Collaborate with CRM Tech, Product, Engineering to prioritize, test, and launch tools/workflows.
• Use AI‑enabled tools to prototype solutions and accelerate analysis.
