Gusto in New York is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own the development of new payroll tax business lines. You’ll lead discovery, define strategy, and guide execution for 0-to-1 products with broad autonomy, delivering durable revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on product management experience, with 3+ years of success building 0 to 1 products.
• Deep product discovery skills with the ability to navigate a high degree of ambiguity.
• Building 0 to 1 products in highly regulated categories.
• Experience building personalized products or optimized workflows using Gen AI/ ML.
• Extraordinary cross-functional collaborator and leader.
• Ability to identify emerging opportunities and industry trends, build business cases, define product vision and strategy, and create a supporting roadmap.
• Entrepreneurial, passionate about our mission, and have deep empathy for our customers.
• Built products at scale with good UX that users love.
• Bonus points for experience with payroll / payroll tax.
