Job summary

Vivid is seeking a Senior Product Manager with real technical depth and an AI-first approach. You will own a product area end-to-end, from problem discovery to launch and growth, with 70% product and 30% engineering focus.

You will work closely with engineering, design and analytics to ship high-impact features using AI-native methods. The role emphasizes hands-on data work, strong analytics, and the ability to communicate complex technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management or product engineering with strong technical involvement.
• AI-native: you use LLMs, vibe coding and agents daily in real products.
• Strong in Python or similar language; comfortable with SQL, git, and system architecture.
• Fluent in product analytics; defines metrics and validates via experiments.
• Strong UX intuition; can simplify complex flows.
• Experience shipping with Design and Engineering in Agile environments.
• Clear communicator in English; explains technical decisions to non-technical people.

Responsibilities

• Product direction: set vision, strategy and roadmap for your area.
• 0-to-1 delivery: take problems from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Discovery and validation: conduct interviews, usability tests and experiments.
• Metrics and outcomes: define and track KPIs; use analytics to drive priorities.
• Engineering partnership: review architecture, write clear, technical specs.
• AI and automation: identify where LLMs create real product value and ship it.
• Fast prototyping: validate ideas with AI tools, scripts or no-code approaches.
