Job summary

You will drive adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices, mentor engineers, and guide architectural decisions while ensuring security, reliability, and fast delivery across multiple technologies.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering.
• 10+ years of Java full-stack development with leadership experience.
• Strong RESTful API design and front-end development in React.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools.

Responsibilities

• Regularly provides technical guidance to the business and its teams, contractors, and vendors.
• Develops secure, high-quality production code and reviews code written by others.
• Drives adoption and governance of AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality, delivery speed, and operational outcomes.
• Uses SDLC tooling, including AI-assisted development, to improve automation.
• Contributes to the engineering community as an advocate of firmwide SDLC frameworks and tools.
• Influences peers and project decisions to adopt leading-edge technologies.
• Fosters a culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respect.
