CBRE is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its Functional Finance team in El Segundo. This role operates in an AI-forward finance environment where team members are expected to actively leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis, improve reporting quality, and drive smarter business partnerships. As part of the Functional Finance team, you will serve as a dedicated finance business partner to CBRE's corporate functional leaders, supporting cost management, headcount planning, and financial reporting across functions such as Finance, HR, Technology (D&T), Legal, and Marketing. You will work closely with functional cost center owners and senior finance leadership to deliver actionable insights that support enterprise-wide cost transformation and planning objectives. A key expectation of this role is the proactive use of AI tools — including Claude and other generative AI applications — to enhance the speed, depth, and quality of financial analysis and communications.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Sr FA position is $85,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Sr FA position is $95,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
