You will assist in budgeting, leasing negotiations, and market analysis, contributing to value growth and operational efficiency within CBRE's asset management framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to analyze complex data and apply judgment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and mathematical aptitude.
