Goodwin Recruiting is seeking an Accountant who blends accounting expertise with technology to drive improvements across financial operations. You will work with leadership and cross-functional teams to understand how business decisions affect financials and identify smarter, automated solutions.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of accounting experience, a Bachelor's in Accounting, and familiarity with ERP systems; CPA is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• 5+ years of accounting, auditing, or tax experience.
• CPA licensure preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts, ledgers, and financial reporting systems with GAAP compliance.
• Leverage Oracle Fusion to improve reconciliations, journal entries, and processes.
• Support month-end close and maintain updated checklists.
• Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes using AI/RPA.
• Assist with tax planning and regulatory changes across entities.
• Lead fixed asset processes including acquisitions, disposals, and depreciation.
• Collaborate with external accountants and legal partners as needed.
• Provide training on accounting concepts and metrics.
