Job summary

W3Global is seeking a Senior Accountant to join the accounting team. The role blends traditional accounting tasks with process improvement, data analytics, and reporting automation.

You will manage account reconciliations, support ERP operations, and help drive automation with the Controller and team to keep financial operations accurate and efficient. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of accounting experience, strong GAAP knowledge, and proficiency in Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and general ledger accounting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Comfort using AI tools for reporting and process work.
• Experience with ERP systems and distribution/wholesale/building products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Support ERP systems operations and optimize month-end processes.
• Drive automation and improve reporting through analytics and AI tools.
• Collaborate with Controller and accounting team to maintain timely financial operations.
