Job summary

SystemsAccountants seeks a Finance Systems & Accounting Automation Consultant to implement and optimize Truewind, an AI-powered accounting platform. You will work with finance teams to automate reconciliations, enhance reporting, and leverage AI to find trends and anomalies in financial data.

The role requires hands-on experience with cloud ERP platforms, strong accounting knowledge, and the ability to translate business needs into automated solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience with Truewind or similar cloud ERP.
• Strong understanding of reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Experience automating finance processes.
• Excel and data-analytic skills.
• Ability to work with stakeholders to translate requirements into system solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and configuration of Truewind.
• Identify and automate manual account reconciliation processes.
• Evaluate accounting workflows and improve efficiency via automation and AI.
• Develop automated processes for recurring reconciliations and activities.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and anomalies.
• Assist with anomalies, variances, and gaps in reporting.
• Automate and improve ad hoc and recurring financial reporting.
• Partner with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Help establish controls around AI-enabled workflows.
• Troubleshoot issues and refine automations as implementation progresses.
• Document workflows and new processes for ongoing adoption.
• Identify opportunities to leverage Truewind and other tech to automate finance processes.
