Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
• CPA, CIA, or CMA certification preferred.
• 5 to 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with hands-on proficiency in ERP systems.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel; experience with Alteryx Designer (Core or Advanced) or AI-driven automation tools highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Core Accounting & Compliance: process journal entries, intercompany reconciliations, month-end close, US GAAP/IFRS compliance.
• Workflow Automation & AI Integration: automate recurring accounting processes and build dashboards/reports within ERP and data tools.
• Systems & Process Optimization: lead ERP upgrades, system implementations, and process improvements to scale operations.
• Audit & Analysis: coordinate with internal/external auditors and perform ad-hoc financial analyses.

Key Responsibilities

• Core Accounting & Compliance: Utilize ERP modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting) to process journal entries, manage intercompany reconciliations, lead month-end closes, and ensure compliance with US GAAP/IFRS standards.
• Workflow Automation & AI Integration: Automate recurring accounting processes and construct intuitive dashboards/reports within ERP and supporting data tools to streamline reporting accuracy.
• Systems & Process Optimization: Lead and support ERP upgrades, system implementations, and process enhancements to scale operations as business demands evolve.
• Audit & Analysis: Coordinate directly with internal and external auditors during annual reviews and handle ad-hoc financial analysis for special projects.

What We Are Looking For

• Education & Credentials: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required. CPA, CIA, or CMA certification preferred.
• Experience: 5 to 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with hands-on proficiency in ERP systems.
• Tech-Forward Mindset: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel. Experience with Alteryx Designer (Core or Advanced) or AI-driven automation tools is highly preferred.
