Job summary

Accenture is seeking an AI SDLC Transformation Manager to guide enterprise clients in redesigning software delivery to be AI-native. You will map existing SDLC processes, design AI-driven futures, and lead engineering teams through adoption of agentic workflows across architecture, requirements, and testing.

You will help translate evolving AI tooling, manage change, and collaborate with product, security and platform teams to drive value at scale for clients. Travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• 5+ years across the full SDLC with ability to map, measure and redesign delivery processes.
• 3+ years designing or building multi-agent or LLM-integrated systems, including prompt engineering, tool-use orchestration
• 3+ years in a consulting/advisory capacity with enterprise-scale engineering teams
• 3+ years applying flow metrics (cycle time, WIP, throughput) as diagnostic tools
• 2+ years working directly with AI/ML systems, LLMs or agentic architectures

Responsibilities

• Value stream mapping and flow metric analysis to identify waste in SDLC practices
• Design of AI-native to-be processes that restructure and accelerate software delivery
• Change management for engineering teams moving to AI-augmented workflows
• Strategy and design of agentic systems for upstream SDLC phases like requirements and architecture validation
• Know-how to use creator and reviewer agent patterns and assess token impact
• Model SDLC as a system, identifying bottlenecks and second-order effects of changes
• Cross-functional collaboration spanning product, engineering, QA, security and platform
• Maintain fluency in evolving AI tooling ecosystems and MCP/tool orchestration
• Track evolving AI practice benchmarks and translate them into roadmaps for clients
• Influence clients to modernize processes to maximize agentic work benefits
