Job summary

Accenture is seeking an AI SDLC Transformation Manager in Cleveland to guide enterprise software delivery toward AI-native workflows. You’ll apply flow metric analysis to surface waste and design future-state, agentic SDLC processes for defined, designed, and governed software.

You bring deep experience across the full SDLC, at least 5 years, plus 3 years building multi-agent or LLM-enabled systems, and 3 years in a consulting/advisory role. The role may require travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years working across the full SDLC (requirements through release)
• Minimum 3 years designing or building multi-agent or LLM-enabled systems
• Minimum 3 years in a consulting or advisory capacity at enterprise scale (5,000+ employees or $1B+ revenue)
• Minimum 3 years applying flow metrics or value stream mapping as diagnostic tools
• Minimum 2 years working with AI/ML systems, LLMs, or agentic architectures
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12 years total)

Responsibilities

• Value stream mapping and flow metric analysis to identify waste in existing SDLC practices
• Design AI-native to-be processes that restructure and accelerate software definition, design, and governance
• Change management for engineering teams transitioning to AI-augmented workflows
• Strategy and design of agentic systems for upstream SDLC phases: requirements, user stories, design reviews, architecture validation
• Knowledge of creator and reviewer agent patterns and token impact
• Model SDLC as a system with feedback loops and bottlenecks
• Cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, QA, security and platform
• Maintain fluency in evolving AI tooling ecosystem (coding assistants, agentic platforms)
• Ongoing monitoring of model releases and practitioner patterns for enterprises
• Translate benchmarks into actionable roadmaps for enterprise clients
• Influence clients to modernize processes to maximize AI benefits
