Iris Software Inc. is hiring a Scrum Master with Claude AI experience to lead Agile delivery for remote, cross-functional teams. You will leverage Claude AI to automate documentation, refine backlogs, and support data-driven decision making.

Required: 4–8 years as Scrum Master or related roles, hands-on Claude AI usage, and strong Jira/Azure DevOps skills. remote work requires excellent facilitation and collaboration across distributed teams.

Qualifications

4–8 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Delivery Lead.
Hands-on Claude AI experience for Agile workflows and productivity.
Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe and Agile delivery.
Proficiency with Jira or Azure DevOps and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Use Claude AI to support backlog grooming, user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint docs.
Automate meeting notes, action items, and sprint summaries with AI tools.
Coach teams on Agile practices to improve velocity and predictability.
Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a clear, prioritized backlog.
Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth sprint execution.
Track team performance with Jira or Azure DevOps and deliver AI-driven insights.
Promote transparency via dashboards and AI-assisted analytics.
Drive continuous improvement with AI-supported retrospectives and workflow analysis.
Coordinate cross-team dependencies with engineering, QA, and product stakeholders.
