Role Overview

The Scrum Master will lead Agile delivery across cross-functional teams while leveraging Claude AI to enhance productivity, automate documentation, improve backlog refinement, and support data-driven decision-making. This role blends traditional Scrum leadership with modern AI-assisted facilitation.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Use Claude AI to support backlog grooming, user story refinement, acceptance criteria generation, and sprint documentation.
• Automate meeting notes, action items, and sprint summaries using AI tools.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4–8 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Delivery Lead.
• Hands-on experience using Claude AI (or similar LLMs) for Agile workflows, documentation, and productivity enhancement.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Agile delivery principles.
• Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent tools.
• Ability to analyze sprint metrics and generate insights using AI.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience working with distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• CSM, PSM, or equivalent Agile certification.
• Experience integrating AI tools into project workflows (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot).
• Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Background in software development or QA.
