Capgemini Invent is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA training and digital adoption lead. You will coordinate training plans and content across WalkMe and related tools, working with SMEs and vendors to ensure readiness for go-live and hypercare.

This role focuses on integrating AI-enabled approaches to improve adoption and outcomes. You will manage milestones, align stakeholders, and maintain governance while driving content improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating training project management initiatives.
• Experience developing training workplans and content timelines.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA or ERP systems and related change activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate integrated training plans and content development.
• Manage milestones, dependencies, reviews, and readiness.
• Lead WalkMe Smart Walk-Thrus, SmartTips, Launchers, and guidance assets.
• Translate process inputs into adoption deliverables.
• Coordinate SMEs, change teams, vendors and stakeholders.
• Support UAT, go-live, and hypercare readiness.
• Maintain governance and reporting.
• Improve content through feedback.
