Job summary

Accenture seeks an accomplished SAP transformation senior leader to drive enterprise SAP programs that deliver measurable business outcomes while managing risk, cost, quality, and stakeholder expectations.

You will lead global delivery across business, functional, technical, data, testing, deployment, change and support teams, defining strategies, governing programs, and pushing AI/GenAI and analytics to increase productivity and value realization for Consumer, Goods & Services clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years in SAP Delivery, Program Management, Transformation Leadership, or Consulting.
• Minimum of 6 years in leadership roles for SAP transformation programs serving Consumer, Goods & Services companies.
• Two end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations with accountability for planning, execution, deployment, and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large SAP transformation programs as primary delivery leader.
• Partner with senior client executives to define transformation strategies, roadmaps, governance models, and value realization objectives.
• Establish and lead global delivery organizations across diverse workstreams.
