Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Senior Manager to lead large-scale transformation programs, with a focus on SAP S/4 and AI-enabled change. You will guide end-to-end organizational change, shaping operating models and workforce readiness while growing client partnerships and revenue opportunities.

You will manage cross-functional teams, drive adoption, and deliver measurable business outcomes, leveraging WalkMe, SAP Enable Now, and Whatfix to accelerate value realization.

Qualifications

• 12+ years leading large-scale organizational change and transformation programs.
• Proven leadership delivering SAP S/4HANA, ERP, or enterprise-wide transformation programs.
• Experience managing executive stakeholders (C-suite, business leaders) and driving alignment across complex organizations.
• Deep understanding of SAP S/4 and digital technologies transforming processes and operating models.
• Experience in SI-led delivery environments and cross-functional teams.
• Experience supporting business development, proposals, and account growth.
• Experience developing change strategies for AI/GenAI and workforce readiness.
• Knowledge of digital adoption platforms (WalkMe, SAP Enable Now, Whatfix).
• Familiarity with responsible AI governance, ethics, privacy, and security.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise change and transformation programs for SAP S/4 and digital initiatives, including integrated change strategy and value realization.
• Own end-to-end Organizational Change Management delivery across large programs.
• Align transformation with operating models, workforce capabilities, and new ways of working.
• Lead cross-functional teams through cutover, go-live, hypercare, and stabilization phases.
• Identify growth opportunities, shape proposals, and contribute to sales pursuits.
• Advise executives on governance, readiness, risk, and change leadership.
• Develop and coach consulting teams while ensuring delivery excellence and client outcomes.
• Bring SAP S/4 transformation and change enablement tool expertise to accelerate adoption.
