Job summary
Capgemini seeks a SAP CPRS Delivery & Solutioning Architect to lead large-scale SAP-enabled business transformations for CPRS clients in the United States. You will shape solution strategy, drive pre-sales activities, and oversee delivery from architecture to value realization.
You will work with Go-to-Market teams, build reusable assets, mentor cross-functional teams, and ensure executive alignment while leveraging SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and SAP Business AI to deliver measurable business
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required with 15+ years SAP experience in transformation leadership.
- Deep CPRS industry expertise across Consumer Products, Retail, and Services.
- Proven track record delivering SAP S/4HANA transformations over $25M–$50M+ TCV.
Responsibilities
- Lead solution strategy, architecture, and roadmap for SAP S/4HANA programs.
- Drive strategic pursuits, RFP responses, and executive workshops.
- Partner with sales, delivery, and account teams for differentiated offerings.
- Architect scalable, future-ready SAP solutions leveraging BTP and AI.
- Mentor cross-functional teams and ensure successful program delivery.
