Job summary

Accenture seeks an accomplished SAP transformation leader to drive large-scale SAP S/4HANA programs for Consumer, Goods & Services clients. You will own end-to-end delivery, manage global teams, and ensure value realization from strategy through deployment and stabilization.

You will partner with client executives, govern multi-discipline workstreams, and advance AI/GenAI-driven delivery to improve quality, risk control, and predictable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in SAP Delivery, PM, Transformation leadership or Consulting.
• 2+ end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations with accountability for outcomes.
• Experience leading large global SAP delivery teams (100+ resources).
• Experience with SAP implementation methodologies, governance, testing, data migration, change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large SAP transformation programs, accountable for execution and outcomes.
• Define transformation strategies, roadmaps, governance, and value realization with senior clients.
• Establish and lead global delivery organizations across multiple workstreams.
