Job summary

Original Composites & Fiberglass seeks a strategic User Adoption & Experience Leader to drive SAP S/4HANA adoption and enterprise application enablement. You will coordinate training, onboarding, and ongoing user engagement across global locations, focusing on people, process, technology, and data to ensure productive daily workflows.

You will lead efforts using WalkMe, SAP Joule, SharePoint, and Copilot to deliver a seamless user experience and measurable adoption impact, in a manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Human‑Centered Design, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in software implementation, user adoption, and/or user training.
• Proven success in driving adoption of off‑the‑shelf software solutions.
• Experience with digital adoption platforms such as SAP WalkMe and others.
• Ability to quickly build an understanding of business processes and data flows.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Empathy‑driven approach to user engagement and support.
• Experience in chemical or manufacturing industries with multi‑language environments.

Responsibilities

• User Adoption Strategy: Develop and execute adoption plans aligned with business goals and user needs.
• User Experience Design: Map user journeys and design intuitive and contextual support using SAP Joule, WalkMe, Copilot, knowledge articles, and SharePoint.
• Knowledge Management & AI Enablement: Design and maintain information architecture and ensure docs are in SharePoint.
• Training & Learning Enablement: Develop and run training programs across functions and modalities.
• User Support Experience: Align training and support with deployment milestones and establish support channels.
• Performance and KPI: Define metrics and measure adoption, proficiency, and knowledge retention.
