Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional is seeking a Senior Salesforce Sales Cloud Engineer II to design, build, and support scalable Sales Cloud solutions for sales, sales operations, and customer success teams. You will lead complex feature delivery and integrate with enterprise platforms to advance AI-powered capabilities.

You will drive CI/CD and leverage Copado, Git, and SFDX while collaborating across business and technology teams. Residency in the Eastern Time zone is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• 6+ years Salesforce development, with ≥4 years on Sales Cloud.
• Strong in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, triggers, batch/queueable jobs.
• Experience with Copado for CI/CD and release management; Git-based workflow; SFDX.
• Experience with Flow automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Sales Cloud solutions across Lead, Account, Contact, Opportunity, Quote, Forecasting, and Territory Management.
• Build using Apex, LWC, Flow, and declarative Salesforce capabilities.
• Architect and maintain integrations between Salesforce and enterprise platforms.
• Support the single customer view through identity matching and deduplication across systems.
• Operationalize customer signals like health score and churn risk within Salesforce workflows.
• Design and build AI-driven automation using Einstein, Prompt Builder, and Flow.
• Drive CI/CD and release management using Copado, Git, and SFDX.
• Troubleshoot production issues and data synchronization challenges.
