Job summary

Syncx is seeking a Salesforce Platform Administrator & AI Solutions Builder to support, improve, and extend our Salesforce-based technology suite. This role combines hands‑on Salesforce administration with AI‑assisted solutioning, documentation, and rapid platform enhancements.

You will collaborate with Product Managers, Salesforce Developers, AI Engineers, and stakeholders to maintain Salesforce health while accelerating delivery in a fully remote environment that requires camera visibility in

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
4–6 years hands-on Salesforce Administration experience.
Experience administering a Salesforce org.
Knowledge of objects, fields, relationships, flows, formulas, reports.
Hands-on with AI tools to support technical work.
Able to read and understand Apex, formulas, flows, SOQL.

Responsibilities

Support Salesforce administration, configuration, security, and health of Salesforce environments.
Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, layouts, record types, flows, permissions, reports, dashboards.
Manage user access, roles, sharing settings, queues, groups, and security configurations.
Troubleshoot automation, data quality, page layouts, reporting, and business processes.
Document findings, test enhancements, validate changes, and communicate results to stakeholders.
Use AI tools to accelerate administration, troubleshooting, and solution design.
Build reports and dashboards to support leadership decision-making.
Train users and promote adoption of improved workflows.
