You will own end‑to‑end architecture, guide prototypes and integration patterns, and mentor the team, leveraging Agentforce, Claude, Cursor, and modern engineering practices to deliver scalable, compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years hands-on Salesforce Technical Solution Architect experience with large CRM/CPQ implementations.
• Extensive Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud configuration incl. pricing rules, product bundles, subscriptions, and revenue recognition.
• Hands-on Agentforce development and deployment in a production Salesforce org.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud / CPQ — spanning the full Lead-to-Quote lifecycle.
• Translate ambiguous business requirements into clear, well‑architected designs: data model, automation, integration patterns, and UX.
• Design and build custom Agentforce agents and Claude-based agents.
• Lead discovery and requirements workshops to define current and future state processes for Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud.
• Define SIT/UAT test plans for Lead-to-Quote and CPQ workflows; support enablement, admin guides, and training materials.
