Job summary

Ncontracts, headquartered in Nashville, TN, seeks a Manager of Sales Readiness to translate Enablement strategy into practical seller-application and manager reinforcement at scale. You will craft learning experiences and tools, test ideas in customer conversations, and design AI-guided workflows.

This role reports to the Director of Sales Enablement and requires proven quota-carrying SaaS sales and enablement experience.

Qualifications

• Quota-carrying B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS.
• Experience designing and facilitating sales training, coaching, or Enablement experiences grounded in application and practice.
• Practical generative AI experience, including prompt development, testing, output evaluation, guardrails, and adoption.
• Experience using Gong or another conversation intelligence platform to identify seller behaviors and coaching opportunities.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or another CRM and the ability to use opportunity, activity, and pipeline data as field evidence.
• Strong diagnostic, critical-thinking, communication, facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• A builder’s mindset: able to work through ambiguity, bring an informed point of view, test ideas, and improve the next version.

Responsibilities

• Translate established Enablement strategy into practical learning experiences, seller tools, practice, and manager reinforcement.
• Test whether ideas hold up in real customer conversations and recommend improvements.
• Design, test, evaluate, and refine AI workflows for sellers with guardrails.
• Use Gong, Salesforce, and field evidence to surface patterns and provide actionable recommendations.
• Facilitate learning experiences that require active seller engagement and coaching.
• Collaborate across Enablement to align learning, content, technology, and execution.
