Job summary

Gainsight is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Manager to join our Sales team. This is a fully remote role based in the USA, reporting to the SVP, Revenue Operations. You will empower NA sales with analytics, dashboards, and strategic planning to drive pipeline health and forecast accuracy.

You will collaborate across Demand Gen, Customer Success, and Product, building processes to remove friction for sellers and optimize territory design, quota distribution, and weekly forecast reviews.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience and MBA or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear narratives for senior audiences.
• Juggle multiple priorities, manage stakeholders, and drive to closure.

Responsibilities

• Use dashboards and reports to monitor pipeline health, rep performance, and forecast accuracy.
• Spot patterns and anomalies in data and summarize findings for the team.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations tech to improve data quality and tools (Salesforce, Gainsight, Gong.io).
• Support annual planning inputs like territory design and quota distribution.
• Identify and implement AI technologies to improve productivity and visibility.
