Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Sr. Manager, Customer Success Intelligence & AI Operations to lead AI-driven customer journeys from the United States. You will own Gainsight configurations, health scoring, and automation while partnering with CS, Revenue Ops, Technology, and Data teams to deliver scalable solutions.

The role emphasizes building data foundations, governance, and AI-enabled operating mechanisms to improve adoption, retention, and expansion in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Customer Success Operations, Revenue Operations, or related areas.
• Deep Gainsight platform knowledge (admin, workflows, CTAs, health scoring).
• Strong understanding of AI-enabled operations and predictive analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve CS tech infrastructure powering AI-driven journeys.
• Configure Gainsight rules engine, data model, workflows, and health reporting.
• Design playbooks for lifecycle motions, expansion, renewal readiness, and AI workflows.
• Lead digital community initiatives and governance for customer engagement.
• Ensure data quality and single source of truth across Gainsight, CRM, and ops data.
• Translate strategic priorities into technical requirements and integrations.
• Leverage Copilot and Gainsight AI to automate and scale operations.
• Develop dashboards and governance to monitor platform health and adoption.
• Coordinate across teams for cross-functional process alignment.
