Job summary

Serval Inc. is hiring a Product Marketing Manager to build and scale our sales enablement engine.

You will craft messaging for complex AI capabilities, create onboarding and everboarding curriculums, and develop high-leverage assets such as discovery guides and cheatsheets to accelerate AE ramp time as we scale from 20 to 200+ sellers. You will work closely with Sales and Engineering, translate technical features into customer value, and design an enablement system that automates asset

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product marketing experience at a high-growth B2B technology company.
• Strong oral and written communication for various audiences, including technical content.
• Comfort using AI tools in daily workflow and building agentic systems.
• Willingness to travel domestically to train AEs.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale the sales enablement program, including onboarding curriculum and demo certification.
• Improve ramp time by creating high-impact content like one-pagers and cheatsheets and turn assets into reusable templates.
