Serval Inc. in San Francisco seeks an experienced Product Marketing Manager to own how we show up in the market, shaping messaging, GTM, and enablement for sales.

You’ll sit at the center of product, sales, and marketing, leading launches and building the playbook for a fast-moving roadmap that resonates with IT, security, and operations buyers. Qualifications

• 5+ years in product marketing for B2B SaaS
• Own positioning and launches end-to-end
• Strong writing for executives
• Partner with sales for enablement
• Analytical messaging grounded in data
• Bias to action in undefined categories
• Bonus: ITSM/IT ops/security/AI/agent products

Responsibilities

• Own positioning and messaging for Serval: the narrative, the value props, and differentiation against legacy ITSM and other AI point solutions.
• Lead product launches from tiering to GTM plan to execution, coordinating product, sales, and demand gen.
• Build the sales enablement layer: pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards, demo narratives, objection handling, and competitive intel.
• Become the resident expert on our buyers (IT, security, and ops leaders) and their world.
• Drive competitive intelligence: track landscape, build battle cards, arm the field.
• Partner with demand gen and content on campaigns, webinars, and thought leadership.
• Support pricing and packaging work with market and win/loss insight.
• Create customer-facing proof: case studies, ROI narratives, and reference content.
